Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, choose your favorite item, select size or variation (if applicable), and click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout instructions to complete your purchase.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We work with multiple fulfillment partners. Some items ship from the U.S., others from international warehouses, depending on the product.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping times range from 5–12 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At this time, we only ship within USA. We’re working on expanding!

Q: Will I receive tracking info?
A: Yes! Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes. Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Reach out to us immediately with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund right away.

Q: How do your shirts and hoodies fit?
A: Our garments are true to size, but we recommend checking the size chart on each product page for the best fit.

Q: Are your items machine washable?
A: Yes! Most of our apparel and decor items are machine washable. Always follow care instructions on the product label.
